Shown to the customer as a separate “Order fee” line before they pay. You keep your full menu price.
The percentage is figured on the whole payment (food, sales tax and tip), so it covers card processing on everything your customer pays. The fee also applies to QR and tap-to-pay sales at the window. Cash sales have no order fee. Tips and sales tax collected go to you.

Do I need a card to start?
No. Start your 14-day free trial with just an email. Add a card in Billing when you are ready. If you do not, ordering simply pauses when the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Who pays the order fee?
Your customer, as a clearly labeled line at checkout. You keep 100% of your menu prices. Cash orders you ring up at the window have no order fee.
Is there any other per-order charge from you?
No. The order fee is the only per-order charge from us. There is no setup fee and no contract.
What about sales tax?
You set your own rate and choose which items are taxable. Tax is added at checkout and goes to you with your sales. You file and pay it yourself, so check with your state tax office or accountant about what applies to your food.
When do I get paid?
Card payments go to your bank through Stripe. You connect your account in a few minutes during setup. Choose daily payouts or one payout a week, and each order is released automatically once it has cleared a 24-hour hold after pickup.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the Billing page in your admin.
